Hi,
I have a rpi3+  and WiFi dongle.
While trying to connect the dongle to the harbour WiFi I clicked on 'turn WiFi off'

However instead of stuffing off the dongle it switched off the ap.

I can't connect to it any more Sad rebooting did not help.

I don't have ethernet cable on board to connect via ethernet

Any suggestion how to switch it back on?
Can I edit the sdcard to switch I on again?
The easiest way is to use a mobil with USB tethering and realvnc
http://forum.openmarine.net/archive/inde...-1488.html
I used tethering usb, it send my phone gets/has up 192.168.42.129.
However 192.168.42.100 does not respond to realvnc nor ping...
I'm afraid I'm out of luck, ?
If you are on 1.2.0 (later march 2019) it has a fixed IP for usb0 (android) 192.168.42.10. (The way to create a fixed IP has changed (now in udev rules).)
The dhcp IP address (dynamic) which is given by android can be found with an app for example HE.NET Network Tools ->Divise Manager -> 192.168.42.*

ah, that would have saved time/effort. Was trying various ip's and various network tools, but the ones I tried could not scan the tethered networks.

I finally managed as I bought a netweork cable and connected to the ethernet port to re-enable the wifi.
