I'm looking at this up-grade plugin, I'm not sure quite how to classify it, will it break Openplotter?

Hi ! It's a question for @sbender but it seems to be instructions and not a plugin. 

The json file is an example for settings, which now is populated via the admin GUI. 
But the mentioned additional plugins is nice to know so You get full functionality for the WilhelmSK app.
