When there are more than a handful of one wire temperature sensors involved, it gets awkward to select a serial number that goes with a particular measurement.
I seem to remember that at one time, when selecting sensor ID's to assign, only the ID's that were not assigned showed up. Now maybe my brain is getting a bit fuzzy and this didn't actually happen but it would be a better way of going than the current method where I have to manually figure out if a particular serial number has been assigned or if it is free.
The current method is of value in certain circumstances but it would be really nice if we could have a choice of displaying all serial numbers or only the serial numbers that are currently not assigned.
