When using in OP the menu item Update/Update OpenCPN plugins, it opens a terminal windows which display : 'UPDATING PACKAGE LISTS'
and freeze (the treminal windows) for eternity ...
Same thing happens when using the menu item Update/Update OpenCPN
Maybe its because no package are found, but it would be fine to be informed ...
