Sorry if it is a basic question, but if i update from latest version before new release 1.0.0; how do I transfer my existing oeSenC charts to the new version?

I am afraid you can't.
oeSENC charts are licensed for a "system" which is a combination of hardware/OS if you change your raspberry or your OS you break the license. The good news is that you have 2 shots for every chart you buy so if you have not consumed all of them you have an extra ball.
