problem with an usb-GPS dongle - Luckbert - 2019-01-18

Hello, everybody,
I have a problem with an usb-GPS dongle.
The dongle does not deliver data in OP. In the tab serial the stick is shown. I can also set it up as usual (click on Auto) and find it in kplex. No data is displayed in the diagnostic window and no real location is displayed in OpenCPN.

But the stick seems to be ok, because if I add it to OpenCPN it returns data.

OP Debug Window

Failed to open SPI bus 0, select 0
Failed to open SPI bus 0, select 1
no IMU detected (not installed either)
No pressure sensor detected (not installed either)
No humidity sensor detected (not installed either)

Any ideas?
Greetings Jürgen

check your kplex custom and see if you have some thing weird there. Does gpsd work?
reboot?
ls /dev/tty*
lsusb
power issues too many usb devices getting power?

nothing unusual
Quote:reboot?
several times
Quote:ls /dev/tty*

lsusb
everything ok

the stick was the only one connected.

As I said the stick works in the same OP in opencpn.
The stick works fine in a fresh OP.
It's a bit strange.
