Manage wifi network settings in /etc/network/interfaces - jossie67 - 2016-08-31

I have multible wifi networks .
So I want to manage the settings in /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf
And config the network adaptors in /etc/network/interfaces.

But when I modify /etc/network/interfaces, after a reboot boot all the modifications are gone.

How can I solve this?

What OS are you running? If it's Jessie then /etc/network/interfaces is not the place to go, you should instead edit /etc/dhcpcd.conf.
