Never used ngingx, influx or grafana. From my point of view it's better to change grafana's port because it might cause some trouble if you change the port of signalk. So 30s google -> port in grafana can easy set by the ini file (see http://docs.grafana.org/installation/configuration/#http-port). Change 'http_port' to what ever suits you and the conflict will vanish.
