From my point of view it's better to change grafana's port because it might cause some trouble if you change the port of signalk. So 30s google -> port in grafana can easy set by the ini file (see http://docs.grafana.org/installation/configuration/#http-port). Change 'http_port' to what ever suits you and the conflict will vanish.
