Hello !
Apologize me for my poor english...
I plug an 3231 RTC module
i modify /boot/config.txt by add i2c-rtc,ds3231 to dtoverlay
i set date --set "......."
i write date to RTC module, i read date, i set date to system.
ok
I add hwclock -s above exit 0 in etc/rc.local
shutdown -h now
....wait....
start, and date are not good.
What i forget ?
