Is there OK to use GPIO pins "outside" OpenPlotter - any conflicts? - LarsD - 2018-01-09 Hi, I'm a newbe to OpenPlotter and I'm just assembling a complete set-up based on an RPI 3. Still waiting for som components from China. My question is really if I would create a conflict if I use GPI-pins from scripts (or python programs) that are using some of the available GPIO pins or if this is indeed possible. I have seen the actions tab but in some instances it might be easier to create a script that runs regardless of OP. Is there a way of telling OP that some pins isn't available? /Lars RE: Is there OK to use GPIO pins "outside" OpenPlotter - any conflicts? - Sailoog - 2018-01-09 If you do not define any entry in GPIO tab, you will be able to use any pin in your scripts RE: Is there OK to use GPIO pins "outside" OpenPlotter - any conflicts? - LarsD - 2018-01-10 (2018-01-09, 07:34 PM)Sailoog Wrote: If you do not define any entry in GPIO tab, you will be able to use any pin in your scripts Thanks |
