Anyone sending Signal-k from Arduino?
#13
I made this little project to sent the NMEA 0183 output of my Finder/Plotter to my Windows tablet to use with Reefmaster bathymetric mapping software as well as OpenCPN, Oziexplorer Dr Depth or OKMap (Highly recommended, reasonably priced, and constantly updated) and it should be easy to adapter to your application. It uses the ESP8266 and in my case I had to use a 3.3v regulator board and a TTL to RS-485 converter.

There is also a link to his blog at the bottom of the page and he's a pretty friendly guy and he answered a couple of questions I had although I haven't talked to him in a while.
