Argonaut m7 touch monitor, sunscreen readable, P7X Water Sealed Front

Hello,

Did anyone try openplotter with Argonaut m7 touch monitor (sunscreen readable, P7X Water Sealed Front)?
I'm thinking about using it in my sailboat cockpit mounted to pedestal guard or flush mounted into a pod.

Would openplotter be usable with 7" touch screen or it needs keyboard and a mouse for "production" use?

Or another option I consider is to flushmount this rugged android tablet with OpenCPN installed
and connect it to Openplotter set up as NMEA or SignalK hub over wifi or ethernet
