Looks like a decent ADC for the price .... especially for a differential ADC although unless the sensor you are hooking it up too has differential outputs it won't do much good.

If you want more info on it I found the manufacturer http://alchemy-power.com/pi-16adc/ It seems to have some decent documentation in the downloads section

It's also available through Amazon for roughly the same price
