Use eth0 to share connection to switch
#1
Hi

I use openplotter in access point mode , now i want to connect a network switch to the eth0 port
and use the internet connection from openplotter with the devices connected to the switch.

when i now connect a switch to the eth0 (lan) the devices dont get a ip adres from openplotter

is there a option to do this ?

Yes, but only alpha (v0.9.0) at the moment. What you seek is "Enable bridge to eth0". Also useful for plotter with ethernet connector (gofree mode).
Or to connect a notebook over ethernet to the raspi. (Use a crossover Ethernet cable). I think on a hub you don't need the crossover cable if you have an uplink port.
But you are in the wrong thread/category!
