I'm sorry, but that download is no longer available.
Some contributor of the opencpn developers contacted me and encouraged me to remove the download.
They told me that they didn't think it was a good idea to release unfinished versions of opencpn since they could complicate the official support of opencpn... especially in relation to the cartography.
That's why I removed the download link.
However, if the friend wishes it, he can download the version that I have placed in its place. It does NOT include Xygrib or OpenCpn beta but at least it is updated to openplotter version 1.2.0 and ready to use. It's in Spanish by default but you can change to any other as usual.
