Thanks for your feedback again. Corrected these things and made the drawing a bit more clean and clear. Added isolated UART between Pi an Arduino as well.

Isolation between Arduino and ESC might be problematic? As the voltage-sensing wires compare their measurement to ground. Which needs to be a common ground then?

Soon in this theatre: how to put all this into an ST1000. Preferably in a sturdy and elegant way.
