Tinypilot tiller master
#1
I finally completed the initial setup. I am using an rpi3b as my plotter and Sean’s weather sensor, motor controller and pi zero running tiny pilot. I wired in a switch so I could easily revert back to the built in controls in the tiller master if I had a system crash. The gps and ais resides on the rpi 3 and the rest of the sensors are hooked to the zero. This allows me to sail apparent wind and magnetic heading without out firing up the plotter. However is I do all sensors talk via the A.P. built into the zero. Which allows me to also sail to a plotted course and gps/true wind settings.
