Very Minor "bug" in OP4 beta Dashboard
#1
Dear Sailoog,

I have a very minor "bug" in my Pi5 OP4 beta dashboard application.

I have installed a BME280 board via i2C. It mostly works.

However, the temperature reading can only be displayed as Kelvin as there is no dropdown list available to select alternate measures such as Celsius or Fahrenheit.

My reading of Kelvin 291 equates to the correct current temperature (18C).

Regards,

The Signal k server uses the International System of Units and kelvin is the unit of temperature. According to the k signal specification, it is up to data visualization applications to convert the data.

Are you talking about the instrument panel plugin? https://demo.signalk.org/@signalk/instrumentpanel/
