Hello,
I'm trying to make changes to the kplex.conf file but my settings are being overwritten after a restart of the kplex server.
What do I need to do to not have these changes overwritten?

Make your changes at the bottom of the file. There is a line there that says something to the effect that anything below that won't be erased (I don't have my OP instance in front of me right now).
