Hi all,
I would like to use the sea charts of "NV-Verlag" with OpenCPN in Openplotter.

The specific plugin "NV-Charts Plugin" is only for Windows.

So I would like to install "Fugawi Charts Plugin", which is available for Linux too.
Regrettably the istallation procedure described in
"How to add the OpenCPN PPA into an Ubuntu system"
does not work with Openplotter s Debian.

Who can help?

Regards
Karl
Fugawi Charts Plugin is already installed on openplotter v1.x.x Smile

We have tested it on openplotter while fugawi plugin development so it should work

Good morning Sailoog,
thank you for response.

Regrettably my Openplotter does not recognize the NV-dongle.

The System does, as lsusb shows (Device 06):
pi@openplotter:~ $ lsusb

Bus 001 Device 006: ID 1547:1000 SG Intec Ltd & Co KG SG-Lock[U2]
Bus 001 Device 005: ID 046d:c52b Logitech, Inc. Unifying Receiver
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0bda:8187 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8187 Wireless Adapter
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0424:ec00 Standard Microsystems Corp. SMSC9512/9514 Fast Ethernet Adapter
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0424:9514 Standard Microsystems Corp.
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
pi@openplotter:~ $

Shouldnt the Fugawi plugin be shown in OpenCPNs settings in section plugins?
Here on my system there is not an entry for this.

How can I see, which version of Openplotter I have installed?

Regards
Karl
Hello,
The plugin has to be activated in OPENCPN.
The settings can be found under charts.

P.S. Could it be that you have to buy the charts in the fugawi-shop or do charts that were bought in another shop.
Greetings Jürgen
