Have seen this description in the OP interview.
Can anyone elaborate how this can be achieved?

Is it straight forward to display on the smartwatch various boat data ?
e.g. page through wind, speed, depth etc data and even more sexy when racing %performance boat speed vs Polar
etc.

Can anyone with experience add some descriptions please. THANKS!
This is the source of the modified sailgauge package to be run in S2 watch.

Has Sailgauge ever been installed on an S2? I don't see how that can be done...
Sailgauge is not an app to install, it is a web app installed on openplotter, you have to visit the address http://10.10.10.1:3000/sailgauge/ from your watch.

Thanks. Got it "working" now. Had some misgivings on how to enter a URL on the Samsung Gear S3 but i found that when creating bookmarks, it is possible to enter an URL. I can see the background picture but i get no readings (speed etc). I use the address you gave above and with the diagnostic tools i can see that there is some data steamed.

If i connect the watch wifi to my home WiFi i can go to the sailgauge demosite and it works nice, i can see the wind changes headings etc. If i connect to the Raspberry wifi...only the static background.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?
