I have a Raspberry Pi 3b available for testing over the holidays.

If I install the full variant of open plotter 2, how easy is it to:
1) update the software as and when new releases occur?
2) copy settings to a raspberry pi 4 if I update the hardware?

1 and 2 will be easy but we are in development stage so the answer should be:
Do not use the current images in production environments. Play with them, help development and start from scratch when the stable stage is reached.
