I have a device that appears when I turn my SDR dongle, but it doesn't work.
It is a Nooelec NESDR SmArTee V2 SDR, RTL2832U & R820T2 based.

What is de outcome if you do this in the terminal. Does it show enabled ?

sudo systemctl status openplotter-rtl_ais.service

Try with the setting with autostart to on.

I seems that you do not have strong GSM channnels.

Delete the AIS assignation to be sure any program is using the device and open a terminal and type:

kal -d 0 -s GSM900 -g 49.6

i am on openplotter
with rtl_test:

i am on openplotter
with rtl_test:

Do you use an activ hub ? A hub with a current supply. ? The RTL-DSR need some power to work well.

Yes, I use a separate power supply from RPi4
I blacklist the original drivers.
Now with rtl_test, i have this :
