How is this done, absent direct support by openplotter? Is there a signal K plugin or some magic words to put in boot/config.txt? 

Or are most people going a different direction for an ADC now.

Our plans is to add ADS1115 support to openlotter I2C app because the SPI bus is already used by too much devices.
