OpenMarine

I did few upgrades and somehow
lsusb stopped showing devices. 
I noticed that 
sudo lsusb 
works fine. 
Openplotter-serial forgot devices aliases. 
It seems something changed permissions 
on the files lsusb is using and they are not
readable by pi user. 
Any help on fixing that?
