Hello,
I’ve built a new image for arm64 raspberry OS based marine oriented OS. I think it can be
described as beta1. (Feature complete but needs more testing).
More info about it is here

https://github.com/bareboat-necessities/lysmarine_gen

And a download link

https://cloudsmith.io/~bbn-projects/repo...=lysmarine

Feel free to report issues.

Thanks,
—MG
Hello mgrouch,
I tried downloading the OS from the site cloudsmith.
This fails for me. What is my problem?

It’s out of free monthly allowance for download traffic from
cloudsmith. It’s going to be reset to new month allowance
in few hours and users will be able to download again.

Thanks
OK, thanks

Hi MG

Just did the first tests with the 10 image. Works very well. Missing is a PowerOff button. Can be done in terminal, but you have forgotten the add one.

And the Usb sticks with the charts is recognized, but not allowed to open it.

GPS, SignalK, and MxTommy/Kip were working right out of the "box".

Regards,

Bram

And add Pi-clone and Synaptic.

See https://bareboat-necessities.github.io/m...at-os.html
(SSD boot section and Shutting Down)

found Shutdown under commands. Not the main menu or on the top menu bar as usual.

I have installed piclone from the repositories. Can be started in the terminal. Then it looks the same
as in the RaspiOS.

I only have a first impression of your "composition" of the RaspiOS 64 bits.

But it certainly have nice features.

Bram
