Hello all !
As I am searching to build a new brain for my ST2000+, I don't know which hardware to buy tu use with pypilot.
There is many references in many shops but most of them are no more available.
I already know that I need a:
Arduino board style, which one to choose ?
IMU card, which one to choose ?
motor controller, which one to choose ?
etc. ...
What are your experiences ?

Thank you for your answear, sorry for my english, I'm french  Smile
There are many options. For a minimal setup you need arduino nano, icm20948, raspberry pi. Check the workbook:
https://github.com/pypilot/workbook/wiki

I have simplified the options and effort with products:
https://pypilot.org/store/

Hello Sean,
thanks for your answear,
the wiki that I've read fully does not precise the components Smile
by the way I'd like to build it from scratch even if you allready did the work in your store because I like to understand what I make and how it's work.
Regards
I have done this in the past, from which you might find some inspiration, and just yesterday received self-designed PCB's to make a spare one.

Hello, verry good work, but is far from what I'm abble to do Smile
Hi all,

I am thinking of ordering some PCBs for the version found here:

https://open-boat-projects.org/en/pypilot/

As I do not know much about schematics, etc, this seems to be the simplest way to achieve a finished product Smile

Will anyone be interested in PCBs for it as ordering more than one will make it cheaper.

Note:

In this version there are three different PCBs: one for the main board, one for the IMU and one for the keyboard.

If anyone has any other option that has a sort of step by step approach together with a schedule of components, etc... please let me know as ordering PCBs might prove quite expensive!

Thank you for all the good people pushing this forward and making it available for all of us!!
