Yes, when your system is living in the past, the repositories complain. The Moitessier HAT is sending wrong time/data because it does not have a clear satellite view, probably indoors, and it is changing your system time because the signal k server is set to do that overwritten the NTP time. Try disassembling the Moitessier or better satellite view outdoors.

I've moved the Pi a bit nearer a window at home and it is now able to see satellites.   All appears to be working as it should, thank you
