Any chance the docs for OP3 will be finished before OP4 so those of us, who are not tech savvy, can get things working in OP3??

I realize the docs must be a boring part but some of us need to know how to set up things in OP3.

Yes, we will try to finish docs for PO3 because there should not be many changes in OP4 and we will use them as a basis for the OP4 docs.
