I just updated SK Installer in the Settings App because it said to Open the app in the "Pending tasks".

I did all that was required & now I cannot access SK!!

Anything with "localhost:3000" will not open in the browser.

What do I need to do please???
Did anybody else update the SK Installer in the settings???

Did it work???

If I Enable SSL I can open SK in the browser with localhost:3443, but I get a warning about being Not Secure, so I know SK is running!!

If I disable SSL, with the browser open using localhost:3443, I can then open localhost:3000 but as soon as I close localhost:3443 I cannot open anything with localhost:3000.

I don't really want to reinstall SignalK.
I see the same problem after updating SignalK to version 2.14.0 yesterday.
After the update, SignalK can no longer be accessed at localhost:3000 (or whatever your port number is).
You can however access SignalK at address 10.42.0.1:3000 (or whatever your port number is)

This is if you have the default setup. You can check the IP address by looking in OpenPlotter-Settings under the Network tab "Signal K - Admin (Server)". That also shows the port number you have programmed for accessing SignalK.

I have the same problem after updates today and the adress 10.42.0.1:3000 doesn’t work either. Please help ! Thank you
What I would do:
1. Check if SK is running by opening the OP Settings app, and running "Check System"
If not running, maybe this tread will help: https://forum.openmarine.net/showthread.php?tid=6198
2. Check your network in the OP Settings app by looking at the "Network" tab
This should show the "Signal K - Admin (server)" info, giving you the TCP protocol, IP address and port number with which you should be able to access the SK admin page
Still not working after installing Signal K from scratch.

Signal K is definitely running but when I try to open localhost:3000 in a browser I just get the "loading" sign & then it goes to "This page isn't working" & will not reload.

Could this be a plugin because it was working until I loaded some Node Red flows?

If I "Enable SSL" SK will open with localhost:3443 but I have to bypass the "Your connection is not private" & "Proceed to localhost (unsafe) & login to get access to SignalK
What do you observe when trying to access
10.42.0.1:3000
?
There was a problem with old versions of node (18) with 2.14.0. Being fixed now. The signalk discord is the place to ask & look for signalk issues.

Yeah, I updated to v20 & it is working again.

I found this after I spent a day reinstalling signalK & doing all the plugins etc.

It's all discussed on the signalk discord, best place to look. Link is in https://signalk.org/
