Hi!

Randomly, and not too frequently but one every month ( my PI is always on)  my1 wire sensors stop working. Sometimes is just 1 sensor, or like today, the whole set of them (5 connected now)

Last time that it happened, I could resset them by manually unplugging the input in the MAc arthur hat. I already know that restarting openplotter doesn't fix the issue as the sensors need to be depowered to restart their transmission, and while restarting, they keep getting power from the raspberry, so they keep still alive; I guess that now it would also work, so not a big issue. However, as my raspberry is not in a very easily reachable zone, or sometimes I check it remotely by VNC; I would like to know if there is any mean to reset by software the pin that controls the 1Wire, or even make a routine reset.

Any idea?

Thanks!

Just pulling the conector in Mac Arthur hat immediately resets the sensors. The point is if it can be done by software.
