On OP 0.16.0
navigation.headingTrue and magneticVariation are unstable.
How to get correct and stable HDG?

have you tested rate 1 sec and accuracy 1 sec?
Anyway it should not change to 0 even with wrong parameters. I will pass this post to bugs forum.
