OpenMarine

I have made multiple attempts to add a MPU-9255 sensor to the I2C bus with OpenPlotter.

It sees it, but will not give me the option to choose it in the add/update sensor box.

But when I choose a different sensor, selection is not a problem:

Am I missing something???

Doesn't the compass tab see it automatically without you having to add it in the i2c tab?

Update OP to latest version and compass tab will appear

Thanks for the input. Ill try it when I get home and report back.

Thanks for the help guys. This was it. I read thru the manual and kept trying to add it in the i2c tab. Sensor working great now.
