problem with the wind signal - HALLEY - 2019-03-10

I have a problem with my openplotter .... I have always received the wind signal in OPENCPN, speed and direction and one day without doing anything it stopped working ...
It marked the direction and the speed and suddenly it stopped. Then he marked the wind speed he wanted, almost always more than normal.
Now I just check the address and it does not show me the speed, and from time to time it stops

You need to trace where the data is lost. Try the NMEA debugger window of opencpn. Reset usb ports. Try minicom without opencpn.
What wind sensor?
