[Closed] Crashed SD? - Ranur - 2020-02-23 Hi all - need to check before going into Pi Surgery... I got an error message that the desktop couldn't be shown by VNC on my OP on RPI 3 today. It logged onto the internal OP SSID, so I took it home to hook it up to a screen. It boots - I see the multicolor RPI splash and the restore splash - then it turns black with a blinking cmd prompt. Now what? Restore? Pray?More Rum? EDIT: Well, some of the symptom's were there, but still not. Eventually got errors relating to Xauthorize files and denial of access. Sailoog helped me out and we traced the problem to two MASSIVE logfiles of 11 GB each. Got those out of the way, and now everything is sweet and dandy
