NMEA Test Stream - Jodel - 2021-01-15 Hi, I want to test the latest version of OpenPlotter on a Raspberry Pi at home. As I am not on the boat I have no NMEA data stream to test my settings. Anyone aware of a way around this, such as a NMEA streaming server on the internet, or one I could install locally on either another Linux computer of on the Pi itself? Thanks Jodel RE: NMEA Test Stream - PaddyB - 2021-01-15 You can run sksim and signalk - nmea apps RE: NMEA Test Stream - Jodel - 2021-01-15 (2021-01-15, 11:34 PM)PaddyB Wrote: You can run sksim and signalk - nmea apps Thanks, I'll try that. RE: NMEA Test Stream - MatsA - 2021-01-16 Another way is to use the sample files included in SignalK which I have described here https://pysselilivet.blogspot.com/2020/07/understandinstall-openplotteropencpnsig.html#Input RE: NMEA Test Stream - Jodel - 2021-01-16 (2021-01-16, 11:14 AM)MatsA Wrote: Another way is to use the sample files included in SignalK which I have described here https://pysselilivet.blogspot.com/2020/07/understandinstall-openplotteropencpnsig.html#Input Brilliant, Thanks. Plenty there to keep me occupied for a few days of lockdown!
