Cloud solution ? - Shipcontroller - 2024-03-06 Hello. I am looking for a way to be able to do online tracking of the ship's NMEA 2000 network and upload it to a cloud to be able to see where the ship has sailed. How far it has sailed and how much fuel it has used. I have a ship with a large NEMA2000 network where everything from GNSS V200n + Gyro compass, 3 Raymarine Axiom plotters with Radar, NMEA 2000 Motor interface, NMEA 2000 ultra sound sensor tank sensor, Will it be possible to create an online tracking setup with Openplotter? I have a raspberry pi 4 for the purpose RE: Cloud solution ? - PaddyB - 2024-03-07 There's work being done on the Kip dashboard to enable it to be viewed over the Internet which would provide some data, another option might be be a influxdb running in the cloud with the ships signalk writing everything to there. RE: Cloud solution ? - TVR - 2024-03-07 Check out the Saillogger plugin, it does exactly what you're asking for. https://saillogger.com/ RE: Cloud solution ? - SCarns - 2024-03-10 There are many solutions. Saillogger (has a subscription) PostgSail NoForeignLand I've used them all and they work effortlessly to track a boats movements via simple signalk plugins. |
