GPS calibration
#1
Hello,

Chart plotter assumes GPS position mid ship.
However GPS measures its position where its antenna is
located which can be depending on the size of the ship
far from midship. Moreover there could
be multiple GPS receivers with different
antennas placement. Is there way to tell
openplotter location of antennas and calibrate
all gps so let’s say signalK would feed
chartplotter with accurate midship position from
all GPS receivers?

Thanks,
—MG

In SignalK "Server => Vessel data" You can input the GPS distance from Bow/Center.
If You have more than one GPS, maybe Slack for SignalK will help You getting direct contact with the developers.
