RaspAp WiFi Hotspot Webbased
#1
Anybody heard of this nice piece of software before?
Just installed it, it's great. It has more capabilities of the network tab in openplotter, however entirely web based.
It monitors hotspot connection usage, has openvpn and lot's of other nice features. You can even reboot your raspberry from the web-interface.
It basically turns your Pi into a router. The main IP of your Pi broadcasts a light weight, but very nicely styled web app in which you can login just like a router. You don't have to fill in a port, just the IP.

One piece of advice, if you don't use ethernet and are on a headless system, be sure to follow the installation manual carefully. You need to check the 'Wifi client AP mode' in the advanced hotspot settings.

They offer a quick installer, very easy. Have it running stable a few days now. I feel it might be worth trying for others as well and that it even potentially can replace all network managers currently in OP. Maybe integrate it ieven in the Noobs image in the future just like Grafana, etc.

All of you willing to try, here's the Github reporitory:  https://github.com/billz/raspap-webgui

Tested on a 3B+ on stretch and a Pi4 on debian.
