3d print controller enclosure
#1
Hi all. I am wondering if there exist a file for 3D-printing an enclosure for the high-power motor controller
https://pypilot.org/store/index.php?rt=p...uct_id=131

I got a link from Sean to this file
https://github.com/pypilot/pypilot_models/tree/master/controller_enclosure

But this appears too be for the smaller version of the controller.

If not, I (actually, a friend) would like to create the file, but it would be best if we could have a drawing, including dimensions and positions of mounting holes and cable connection points.

Any hints?

It would be interesting yes.   Do you already have the high power controller I offer?    If so it would be possible to measure using calipers.

I intend to release the final kicad files in: https://github.com/pypilot/pypilot_schematics  in a few weeks.

For now I attached a drawing you can use.   Please share your enclosure... if possible use openscad

i opened the .scad there's an error @ line 108 in openscad.
i should have 3 printers online this month, if i get time i'll print a few of them. and if anyone has an .stl file for a box post it i'll do the same when kicad's are posted.
i just started playing with ultimate_box .scad pretty cool for customizing boxes.
