Steps to change network
select "client" (or any other network)
click set (this will copy the network settings from /home/pi/.config/openplotter/Network/xxxx to /home/pi/.openplotter/Network/xxxx)
click apply (this will copy the network settings from /home/pi/.openplotter/Network/xxxx to system (/etc/..))
reboot
