If I understand you correctly, you can hear from the doorbell.
This means that the OS has booted and is not still in the boot process. Maybe you already tried the following, but I will write it again.
Source on monitor/TV correctly selected?
Try another monitor/TV.
Try another RPI. Maybe it has a bug in the HDMI slot.
Try another HDMI cable.
That's all I can think of for now.
