the kernel 5.10.5 comes from the RaspiOS repository and not from another source.

Of course, from the beta RaspbiOS Big Grin

this is the raspberry repo: https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware
there you can see the "master" branch, the development branch, and you can read 5.10.5.
but if you switch the branch to the "stable" branch you will see 5.4
believe me, you may not remember but I am sure you ran "rpi-update" at some point and every time you update your system you update to the beta kernel.
