the Can bus HAT I have used is:

• Waveshare RS485 CAN HAT - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VMB1ZKH
  

it works great and is called out on the Can bus page (MCP2515), however, it is not isolated.  waveshare does do a 2-channel isolated one but I have not tested it, it is likely to work though as it is the same chip:

I swapped out the 4.7K resistor on the input side for a 10K resistor
I was going to create a page explaining configuration of this for the manual - I have it drafted (mainly so I remember!)

dAISy AIS receivers (https://shop.wegmatt.com/) could be added as well, the daisy 2+ worked fine when I tested it
