So, I found this from Innomaker. It's an isolated two-channel RS-485 and single-channel CAN hat. It seems well built, the screw connectors are nice and large and it was easy to set up. Much cheaper than a PICAN hat, and it includes RS485.

Nice little board for those who have both NMEA0183 and NMEA2000 onboard. In my case, I'm even bringing some ancient SEATALK stuff in, and thanks to the excellent work by Teppo and the rest of the SignalK team, it all comes together flawlessly.

Interesting. One thing I do like about the PiCAN-M is that it powers the Pi off the NMEA 2000 network, rather than needing a separate power supply.
