Which version of pypilot are you using?  Which image?
I'm using the tinypilot_2024_06_09 img, and pypilot plugin 0.40.33.0 in OpenCPN

I thought this was fixed in the 6/9 image but apparently not.

Until then just be aware of the difference. I will put a new image in a day or two.

I took two videos old and latest version of tinypilot. In new version when changing course from port to stb it continues rudder to port.

I reviewed your videos. First I should note that the reported rudder angle is reversed in the new version because the older one had port as positive, and starboard as negative, this is reversed.

As for it continuing to correct to port when it should correct to starboard, could you open the gains dialog? Compare the gains between the versions, but more importantly the gains dialog will indicate which gains are causing the particular correction. If you had shown the gains dialog in the video it might help to reveal why the correction to port is continuing to be made despite your inputs.
