Not tested node-red yet, I will soon when it is the openplotter-dashboards app turn.

I'm not able to install any SignalK plugins in the beta 64 bit OpenPlotter, the installations fail with a permissions error. Is this expected?

Installed node red and have done basic tests so far.
Ran a python script that gets data from an INA3221 and then sends it out on an UDP port. Imported the information using Signal K server and then verified it was in Node Red.
All seems good so far.

No problem at all installing SK plugins in OP 64. could you provide details about your procedure?

Original 64 bit OpenPlotter image installed onto RPi4 4GB, and all apps installed from the OpenPlotter installers.
There seems to be a problem installing SQLite3 via npm. The logs show:

Is there anything I can try, or shall I start again with a clean install?

I am not sure if that could be a local or a network issue. Try to reinstall Signal k from OpenPlotter SIgnal K installer app and if that is not fixed we will report to SK devs

For what it's worth. Openplotter running alpha bullseye for 64 bit version.
node red, influx db, grafana are all talking to Signal k.
Only weird thing is when I run the "check system", I get the error below, stating that
"The default OpenCPN connection is missing and is not getting data from Signal k. Please create this connection in OpenCPN.
...
Unable to read OpenCPN FP configuration"
The thing is... data is coming into OpenCPN via Signal k, and the configuration is saved in the connections tab, including the automatic server selected. I'm not terribly bothered, as it is working. It's just popping up an error.
Let me know if there is something here you'd like me to poke into.

The only thing I've noticed is that the older version had a graphic in the "Devices" tab showing which USB port the device was plugged into. This is missing from the new version, is that deliberate?
Not deliberate at all, icons should be there. I can see icons on Raspberry Pi 4 8GB running 64bit. what is your Raspberry model and OpenPlotter version? Do you have any device connected to USB ports?
After a full reinstall the problem still exists, so I think it's worth looking into.
2022-02-06-OpenPlotter-v3-alpha-64bit-img.zip installed onto a RPi4B 4GB and Serial app installed via OpenPlotter.
I have a USB GPS and an RS485 dongle attached, both work perfectly but the icon isn't shown:

- Do you have both flapak and PPA versions installed?
- It seems that the config file of the flatpak installtion is corrupted, reinstall and try again.
