OpenPlotter 3 roadmap
OpenPlotter SDR VHF app for OpenPlotter 3 is done. Install it from settings app as usual.

ADS-B feature has been removed (Live flight tracking) because it fails in both 32bit and 64bit versions. It would need some work to debug so we will add it again only if there is enough demand.

The rest of apps have been updated and improved and they will work as usual. You can follow OpenPlotter 2 docs until OpenPlotter 3 docs are ready: https://openplotter.readthedocs.io/en/2....f_app.html

If you have forced OpenPlotter 3 to install this app from OpenPlotter 2 (This is always a very dangerous action) your system will become unstable, so you need to reinstall OpenPlotter 3 from scratch.

Test and report please.

I am waiting for rooco to create drivers for the latest 32/64 bit kernels, but no news Sad

Maybe writing them could help: https://www.rooco.eu/questions-answers-moitessier-hat/

Working like a charm. I installed ADS-B separately (PiAware and FlightRadar24) and I just have to manually stop dump1090-fa if I want to receive AIS or VHF. Would love to have an option to switch between the two within SDR VHF though. Anyway no bug noticed so far. Thank you for all the great work.

I'm getting "Failed to get unit file state for openplotter-rtl_ais.service: No such file or directory" and I'm not seeing an entry in my systemd/system directory for this.

I've tried a couple of re-installs, and when I try to set automatic in the Openplotter SDR app is just fails.

Any advice?
