i see a new branch on github "wifi"
i would like to suggest a script like autoap to the share internet device..
scans for open ap's checks conductivity connects to strongest signal..

Hi jim321, yes we are working hard on a new wifi management. Basically we are trying to make the built-in wifi work as an access point and client simultaneously, use only the standard tools in raspbian, fighting with the new RP3B+... the rest is all done! this is the last step and e-sailing is working hard on it. Actually developers are already testing the release-candidate images.

I can see that you are watching the progress on github, I really appreciate the help you provide to others on this forum dealing with impatient users Smile
