SOLVED!
It was "shit behind the helm"
I've been trying to run it on my Pi B+, not my 2B (still used as media centre, but not for long)
Big thanks to Andyrbarrow for doing the same misstake.

Sorry for taking your time from v0.9.0 development!

Yes, I was about to suggest to check the same Big Grin

Do not worry we have defined the critical points in Raspberry 1 at least. OpenCPN and Signal K. I don't care about opencpn but in the future I will try to make work signal k on Raspberry zero & 1 because they are perfect for the home/boat automation part of openplotter and for running sensors easily.
